Although the first half of the film is decent, he was dragged unnecessary. last ten minutes before the interval the point could have been easily cut to make the film even more crisp.
Avika Gor has absolutely nothing to do in the second half. There are logics that are missing in the film. Climax was dragged a bit and could have been done with a lot of noise. Some love scenes in the first half were prolonged unnecessarily and are a bit noisy.

As said earlier, music by Chandra Shekhar is very good. All songs are correct and have been shot well. screenplay is decent and flows freely. Dialogues are very good and decent evoke laughter. camera work is very clean and presents the film in a good light. The installation is correct, but a lot of scenes in the first half could have been altered to make the film crispy.
Coming to the Director Rao Trinadha, it does a very decent job and tells the film quickly. It etches in good fun all the confrontation scenes between Tarun Raj Rao and Ramesh. The only place where it is teetering in the first half with a lot of unwanted scenes.

Verdict:-

Overall, Cinema Choopista Maava is a decent mass entertainer who do well in single screens. avatar Massy Tarun Raj and some decent comedy elements throughout the film are huge assets. If you can ignore some highlights and a first half routine, you can easily give this film a hit for its windy entertainment.

One thing Ive loved since I was a little boy were superheroes. Believe me, I read so many Superman and Batman comic books when I was a kid that its not even funny. I guess he could only fight crime out in the rural parts of Georgia because hed have to keep his supply of red clay continually replenished, but hey, rural Georgia has crime too, right? And I suppose hed need a way to get around our state in order to fight crime, so what better vehicle for him to ride around in and terrify evildoers with than the Maypop Mobile? And, since most crime fighters need a sidekick, a partner, someone to help get him out of those tight superhero type scrapes that all the great crime fighters get into, I guess Ill need to create him one. Folks, I have the perfect one in mind, Ill team Red Clay Man up with our newest superhero sidekick, the Boiled Peanut! Put those two together, and you have one heckuva crime fighting team, two superheroes thatll put the fear of our previous state flag into any evil doer that challenges them!

Paddy Considine isn't pulling any punches with his debut film. His Tyrannosaur is, like its namesake, a heavy, vicious beast with an emphasis on destruction. Developed from his award-winning short film Dog Altogether, it stars Peter Mullan as Joseph, a man living in an urban wasteland of terraced housing and back-to-backs, whose fuse is so short it will blow your stress levels.

Considine sets the tone early when Joseph, in a pure, misdirected rage, kicks his dog to death, an act of uncontrolled anger that only serves to enrage him further. It seems unlikely then that any good can come of a chance encounter with charity shop worker Hannah (Olivia Colman). To him, she is the epitomy of a middle-class do-gooder, with her gentle demeanour and offer to pray for him. In reality, however, she, too, has a ringside seat for misdirected violence - only this time as a victim of her husband.

There's a sense of damaged souls finding common ground, as a fledgling relationship develops between the pair, but violence is a constant companion in Considine's movie - and it's violence of a very real and visceral sort, as things get nasty in the way that gritty British movies such as Nil By Mouth (surely an influence here) have a tendency to do. The dogs in this film may not come out on top, but they aren't the only beasts acting on impulse, with the humans - particularly the men - being shown to be every bit, if not more territorial, violent and animalistic than their four-legged companions.

Initially, Considine shies away from showing too much of the violence, letting implication speak louder than a full frontal assault. But as his film progresses he seems to lose faith in his audience to get the picture and begins to wallow in it more than is necessary, particularly abuse of the marital sort. The lack of upbeat moments also makes this the cinematic equivalent of blunt force trauma, where a more experienced director would have known shade works best when you let in some light.

What really stands out in Tyrannosaur, however, are the towering performances - both of which won breakout awards at Sundance Film Festival. Mullan - able to show inner turmoil with little more than the set of his jaw - has rarely been better than here, allowing us a window into the conflict in Joseph's soul. Eddie Marsan, too, puts in an intense and compelling turn as Hannah's abusive spouse. But it is Olivia Colman who is the real revelation. Best known for her comedy turns in the likes of Peep Show and That Mitchell And Webb Look, she sinks her teeth into Hannah and doesn't let go, expertly creating a magnetic combination of fragility and unexpected steel.

Although some will find the unremitting portrayal of violence difficult to stomach, this is nonetheless an assured debut that has already won the directing award at Sundance and which promises better to come, and is worth seeing on the strength of its performances alone.

What exactly do movie ratings mean?  Is a movie thats rated PG suitable for your four-year-old?  How about a PG-13 movie?  Should a child really be 13 in order to see it?

These days going to movies seems like it requires taking out a small loan. Not only are ticket prices hovering around $10 each but popcorn and soda are approaching prices that the oil companies would be proud of.

On top of this, you are expected to decipher the movie ratings which can seem rather foggy at times. Is a movie thats rated PG suitable for your four-year-old? How about a PG-13 movie? Should a child really be 13 in order to see it?

When trying to figure out if a movie is suitable for your child the best place to start his understanding what the movie ratings mean.

The Motion Picture Association of America has five official ratings for movies. These are:

• G for general audiences
• PG for parental guidance suggested
• PG-13 for parental guidance strongly suggested for children under the ages of 13
• R for restricted to children under the ages 18 unless accompanied by adults
• NC-17 for no one 17 and under will be permitted into the theater.

Youre most likely to G rating on strictly childrens movies. These will be movies that have happy endings and are completely without violence or any sexually suggestive situations and language. These movies are absolutely safe to lets children of any age watch.

PG movies are more along the lines of a family film, something that both mom and dad and the kids will enjoy. PG films may have some low-level violence such as a fistfight, mildly sexually suggestive situations such as a kissing scene or is slightly stressful situations such as when the bad guy has the good guy in a tough spot. Most children over the age of eight are more than capable of handling situations they see on screen in PG films. Children under the age of eight may be either frightened by or unable to understand some of the situations that happened in a PG film, depending on the emotional age of the individual child.

PG-13 movies are meant for a slightly older audience than PG films. In PG-13 films you are likely to find higher levels of violence such as gunfights and blood, more sexually suggestive situations, though not overly sexual, such as long involved kissing or some fondling and more suspenseful and intense situations. PG-13 may also have explicit language such as curse words or descriptive sex words. Parents should think carefully and perhaps preview the movie before taking children under the age of 13 to the movie. That being said, most children over the age of 10 are capable of handling the situations and language seen in these movies.

R movies are meant for adults. Rated R movies may have extreme violence, sexually explicit situations, extremely intense situations or a lot of extreme language. R rated films may also show drug use or more serious criminal activity. Children under the age of 16 should not be permitted without adults. Technically, movie theaters are suppose to ID children and verify that they have an adult with them but most of the time this does not happen. Parents should probably not take children under the age of 10 to these movies. For children between the ages of 10 and 16, parents should give serious consideration as to whether or not the child is mature enough to handle situations found within the movie.

NC-17 is a relatively new rating. It was created to replace the generic X rating. It is unusual to find a movie in theaters with a rating of NC-17. Most filmmakers wish to avoid this rating as is considered by the public to be the same category as porn. While movies do receive the NC-17 rating due to extremely sexually explicit situations, the NC-17 rating is meant to help a movie viewer know the difference between a crafted movie with a developed plot and characters and a movie whose sole purpose is to show sexually explicit scenes.

Unofficially, there is a rating of X. This rating has been adopted by the pornography industry in order to indicate to a customer that the film they are buying contains extremely sexually explicit situations and has been made for the sole purpose of showing those sexual situations. As most porn movies are released straight to video or are shown on only a very limited release, they are not subject to the normal rating system.

With all movies, parents need to consider the emotional maturity of their children when deciding if a child is old enough to watch the movie. A while ago I made it a point to watch the movie "Legally Blonde."

Not just for the bright, chirpy and eminently watchable Reese Witherspoon, but also because I loved the message it sent out.

If you didn't see the movie, all you need to know is that it's about a smart, fashion-conscious blonde who's told time and again, by her family and friends, that it'simpossible for someone like her to go to Harvard law school.

That she's just not smart enough and doesn't have what it takes.

In the movie, the character played by Witherspoon not only goes to Harvard law, but also through sheer determination and intuition, graduates at the top of her class.

Its just the sort of movie people love. Because it makes us believe that we too are capable of achieving anything we want to.

It reminds us how we often let ourselves, and others, underestimate our own potential.

And how we undermine our own sense of self, because of what we look like or where we came from.

But why just let it remain a movie, when it can be the story of your life...

Streisand carved her own path, and broke the mould.

She showed how a woman with unconventional looks can make it in a field where beauty is more important than brains.

So, if you believe that you are less than someone, because of your lack of education, looks, talent, background or ability, take courage from her achievements.

They are an inspiration not only for women, but for everyone.

Because all it take is a belief. The belief that you can do what it takes.

Don't wait for someone else to give you an opportunity to prove yourself. Stop depending on others for handouts.

Don't wait for the right opportunity to fall in your lap. Because it never will.

All you need to carve your own path, is the confidence and the belief that you can succeed at anything you set out to do, no matter what the odds.

So start today. Choose a mentor.

Learn from the masters. Re-invent yourself.

Create your own opportunities and forge your own future.

Your belief in yourself, coupled with the courage to see it through, is what will carry you from a life of mediocrity and under-achievement, into a world where you can be the winner you aspire to be.

A movie poster is not just a standard paper stuck to a board. An effective movie poster uses a totally different, visual language. It is one big show-and-tell medium. I will come clean on this one right away and admit that I had never heard of Largo Winch before watching this film. However, a quick trip to Wikipedia exposes him as having a legacy spanning several decades, including numerous chronicled adventures, in both novel and comic book form, as well as a previous film incarnation and even a TV series to his name.

Largo Winch is the secret, adopted son of business mogul Nerio Winch (Miki Manojlovic), who heads his empire out of the impressive W Group tower in Hong Kong. Largo's existence is only discovered after Nerio is dragged from his boat and drowned in Victoria Harbour. It appears that Largo is sole heir to his father's 65% share of the conglomerate and has been groomed his whole life as an insurance policy for exactly this eventuality. Largo is tracked down in a Brazilian jail by Nerio's facial scar-sporting manservant, Freddy (Gilbert Melki) and must escape all number of attempts on his life if he is to make it to Hong Kong in time to prevent a hostile takeover, diffuse an internal power struggle and discover the truth behind his father's untimely death.

For a fairly modest European production, it is impressive how slick and competent LARGO WINCH is. The director Jerome Salle proves remarkably adept at directing action, staging numerous scuffles and fistfights with aplomb as well as a variety of elaborate stunts and set pieces. He was no doubt helped by the fact that stand-up comic turned leading man Tomer Sisley performed all of his own stunts, enabling Salle to get in close with his camera and film in slow motion when, for example, Largo leaps off a cliff to avoid a helicopter-borne sniper.

As well as some well-photographed locations and pacey editing, LARGO WINCH also features some excellent CGI work, not least in the creation of The W Group's headquarters on the Hong Kong waterfront. It blends in so seamlessly with the existing buildings that it had me scratching my head for a few minutes trying to identify which skyscraper they were using.

It is always exciting to see Hong Kong featured in Western movies and here about half of the film takes place in the city. Filmed mainly in and around Central and Mong Kok, Salle and his crew make great use of the city's vibrancy and diversity, accurately capturing the spirit of Hong Kong from the expatriate perspective, without resorting to travelogue tactics, or it seems, getting much help from the local industry. Although a couple of HK character actors do crop up in minor roles I couldn't see much in the way of Chinese financing or production assistance when scanning the credits.

LARGO WINCH is not perfect by any means. The story isn't anything particularly original and the third act revelations are obvious almost from the get-go. The stunt casting of Kristen Scott Thomas, who here continues her recent spell in French Cinema, should serve as a fairly obvious clue of what is to come. There is some clunky dialogue along the way as well as some occasionally stiff acting, but Sisley is a handsome and charismatic hero and the overall high production values help make LARGO WINCH a pleasant surprise and an entertaining action/boardroom romp.

Before she left he patted her hand and told her that one Graciella in the office was enough, but they really needed the input, intelligence, and insight that Tina brought to the team. As Tina walked back to her tiny cubicle fighting tears, she realized how creepy she had been behaving. She had willingly abandoned who she was, her unique traits, her quirky sense of humor, and her unerringly sense of intuition for her job. At what cost? She almost lost a job she truly enjoyed, was ostracized from people that she had worked with for years, and had move herself even further from her goals.

There are a number of ways that Tina could have handled the situation, but the most effective way would have been by embracing her uniqueness. Tina lost track of what was working for her and focused on what she wanted that she didnt have. Then came the butcher knife..no problem, the disc is still around. The last demo was trying to burn the Blu-ray disc. That didnt work either. The disc was still in excellent playing condition.

The one thing that movie buffs, or audio buffs worry about is a damaged CD or DVD disc. I loaned, my bad, one of my favorite DVDs out to someone, who I thought, would take care of it. They didnt and I had to replace it.

When you rent out standard DVDs, unless you are the first one to rent them, they usually look like people eat off of them and then use them as Frisbees. Have you ever gotten a bad DVD and it wont play on your DVD player when you get it home?

The point being, wouldnt it be nice to know that, no matter what happens to a Blu-ray DVD disc it will faithfully play back like it is brand-new?

Think about the last time you went to your local movie rental store that there was a small section, off by itself, marked "Blue-ray" DVDs. Of course, unless you have a Blu-ray DVD player you probably walked right by them.Right now there is hardly what you would want to call a ton of Blu-ray discs out there, but this is changing rapidly.

Story: -

Krishna (Naga Shourya) comes to Hyderabad with the intention of making money and settle well in life. He began his career as a loan recovery agent and from there he joined a gang led by Srisailam (Zakeer Hussain), which is a straight central minister Jagadeesh Naidu (Kota Srinivasa Rao). After a few days, it becomes the essential element of this gang.
Meanwhile, Krishna falls in love with Parvathy (Sonarika), who hails from Kerala. She wants to settle in Dubai and convinces Krishna for the same. At the same time, Srisailam and Jagadeesh Naidu involve Krishna in a big deal without revealing the internal details about it.
So how Krishna face the consequences? Will he be able to get out of the tangle and fly to Dubai with her love story? This is a continuation of the story.

Pluspoints: -

characterization of Naga Shourya is the main highlight of the film. He acted with good energy levels across the film and his performance in the climax is a great asset to the film.The last half hour is decisive for this film. This is the time when the morons are revealed and the film is set with a good rhythm with some racy narration. Climax is executed. Comedians Srinivas Reddy and Ramesh Prudhvi have done a decent job in their roles.Naga Shourya outside, the rest cast particularly Kota Srinivasrao, Zakeer Hussain, Ashish Vidyarthi and Ajay performed well and has done justice to their roles. Sonarika quotient of glamor is an additional asset for the film.

Minus point: -

The basic plot is a huge setback for the film. The line of the predictable story was used in many earlier films in Tollywood. In addition, the logic in many scenes disappears. Some unnecessary characters were included and the length of the film becomes a bit too long.
After raising the hero character in the first half, the director has failed to continue the tempo in the second half. Many unnecessary scenes hinder the free movement of the film. The character of Naga Shourya not rise much during the second half and unclear.Excessive running time of 150 minutes can be a shock absorber through the current trend of the films. The role of Saptagiri not look like much and goes too far.

Technical aspects :-

Debutante music director Sagar Mahati gave superb music and background score is a big bonus for this film. Image Sai Sriram is OK. Each image in the film looked decent and a couple of songs were shot very well.Yogie director could have done a much better job. Although he treated the scenario in a nice way, its plot is predictable and can not make it interesting. Editing is below par as many scenes could have been easily cut out. The production values are rich enough and policymakers are not compromised to bring out a quality film to the public.

Verdict: -

Overall, Jadoogadu is interesting that in snatches. Some entertainment scenes in the first half and a well-executed peak are the saving grace for the film. Although Naga Shourya proves his acting caliber with this film, the predictable script and a long running time spoil the flow of this artist below average action.
