Once again, another film Tollywoodfalls flat during the second half. After telling the film convincingly during the first part, manufacturers are focusing on things that could be easily softened down.What should have been a love affair with the very emotional and looking cute is spoiled with unnecessary window size zero weight loss program. The film deviates slightly during the second half of certain undesirable scenes and emotions take center stage. Simplicity, romance and kindness in the film is lost and makes tedious things.

Technical aspects:-

The PVP production values are good and credit should go to them to come in advance to try a script like this one. camera work is very good and emphasizes Anushka and area very well. Scenario dropped during the second half of the film loses its grip a little. The edition is elegant and music M Keeravani score gels with the mood of the film as well.
Coming to the Director Prakash Kovelamudi, it was just for this film. From the story, star cast and performances, he managed to do a decent job. he had taken a little more care during the second half of the effect and to connect would have been even better.

Verdict:-

Overall Size Zero is a film that has some interesting moments from his path. interesting premise and a superb first half are positive basis of this film. If you can ignore the second half mediocre and predictable nature of the script, you can easily give this film a shot for an amazing performance Anuhska and some feel good moments.

Depicting marital infidelity is too easy a conflict. Warring couples have been done to death and they tend to hit the same predictable notes of anger, betrayal, and sadness but usually you dont care because the film always makes sure you know that the cheater is bad and the other party deserves our sympathy. I find it far more challenging to write convincing couples who struggle with the work a relationship requires. Co-writer, director, and star Joshua Leonard has met the challenge with his new film The Lie. Coupled with a fantastic performance from Jess Weixler, Leonard crafts a story that is both heartwarming and bitingly funny. It takes about twenty minutes for the film to find its rhythm, but once The Lie finds its groove, its an absolute joy.

Lonnie (Leonard) is a film editor whos painfully unhappy at his job and wishes to follow his dream of becoming a musician. His wife Clover (Weixler) is about to wrap up at law school and is considering a job at a pharmaceutical company. Thats a major shock and disappointment to Lonnie, who begins to realize that the free-living hippie lifestyle and dreams he and his wife used to share are slipping away. Lonnie is so depressed that he cant even bring himself go to work and lies to his boss by telling him that their daughter is sick. He then spends the day recording a terrible song with his friend Thank (Mark Webber). The following day, hes still unwilling to the office and confronted with the angry ravings of his boss, he says that his daughter has died, because whats the point of having kids if you cant use their fake deaths to get out of work?

Its a shockingly horrible lie and one that cant possibly sustain itself, but rather than feeling dark or even making Lonnie come off as reprehensible, its a set-up for a comedy of errors. The movie never reaches the level of a madcap farce, but watching Lonnie try to keep the ruse alive and a secret from Clover provides the movie with a sharp comic edge thats never mean-spirited. Its not until Clover is politely listening to Lonnies hilariously terrible song Soulcrusher that the film finds its comic voice, but once it does, The Lie knows just how to balance the comedy with the emotional weight of Lonnie and Clovers marriage.

Its not enough to love someone. You also have to be willing to change with them. The Lie approaches Lonnie and Clover at an important crossroads in their lives where they dont want to sacrifice their identities and dreams but they also have to face the mature realities of being a young couple with a child. Lonnie and Clover have a chemistry thats sadly been missing from a lot of the love stories Ive seen at Sundance this year. Its not about who has quirky traits or just smiling a lot. When Clover is listening to Lonnies song Soulcrusher, Weixler has to manage the task of showing the audience that she knows the music is awful, keep up the polite faade so as not to hurt Lonnies feelings, and do so without dialogue because shes listening to her husbands ear-splitting warblings. This is a couple you want to see succeed and Leonard finds convincing conflict without resorting to the old standard of infidelity.

The Lie does take a bit too long to hit its stride. Even though only the first twenty minutes are slow, thats a quarter of the films 80 minute runtime. The film also never really knows what to do with Tank. At best, he functions as a poorly defined sage-like character who seems to represent both freedom and responsibility. Those ideas are already expressed through Lonnie and Clovers relationship so having an oddball, rarely-seen character stand as a symbol seems redundant. These minor frustrations aside, Leonard has made a film that manages not only to take an honest, fulfilling look at the difficulties of marriage, but does so in a funny and delightfully unexpected way.

The Blu-ray players are the next-generation digital video platform. The players and their discs can record, store and play back high-definition video and digital audio, as well as computer data. Their big advantage being the enormous amount of information a Blu-ray disc can hold.

A single-layer Blu-ray disc is about the same size as a standard DVD. However it can hold up to 27 GB of data. This equates to more than two hours of high-definition videoor about thirteenhours of standard video.

Then came the butcher knife..no problem, the disc is still around. The last demo was trying to burn the Blu-ray disc. That didnt work either. The disc was still in excellent playing condition.

The one thing that movie buffs, or audio buffs worry about is a damaged CD or DVD disc. I loaned, my bad, one of my favorite DVDs out to someone, who I thought, would take care of it. They didnt and I had to replace it.

When you rent out standard DVDs, unless you are the first one to rent them, they usually look like people eat off of them and then use them as Frisbees. Have you ever gotten a bad DVD and it wont play on your DVD player when you get it home?

The point being, wouldnt it be nice to know that, no matter what happens to a Blu-ray DVD disc it will faithfully play back like it is brand-new?

Here we have a film about failed government cloak-and-dagger missions in Iraq and the Middle East.

Leonardo DiCaprio is a cautious yet disillusioned operative who takes order from his slightly paunchy CIA show-runner, Russell Crowe in Body of Lies. The latter almost never leaves the US and runs DiCaprios outfit through a cellphone attached to his headset.

Each missions gets more difficult to pull off, with him pulling clandestine deals of his own with no regard for DiCaprios planning of unearthing an Osama Bin Ladin-type leader of a fanatic terrorist outfit.

There is romantic interest (stuffed in for convenience) for DiCaprio in the form of an Iranian Nurse and there is also a guy with major chops who some might recognize from Syrianna playing the head of Jordanian intelligence.

Oh, and finally the screenplay is by William Monahan who won the Oscar fro The Departed.

I wont go into plot details simply because they are too connected. Nor would I go into the dedication of DiCaprios role playing of Roger Ferris, the front-end CIA operative working right at the face of the enemy or Crows Ed Hoffman with his Texan-like accent and his task management skills (while guiding farris, he shops for groceries or take his child to the loo).

These actors, along with the spellbinding Mark Strong (Hani, the Jordanian head of intelligence), showcase some of the best qualities of watching a Ridley Scott film.

However, what I would like to do talk about the films director Ridley Scott, since Body of Lies bears all his current visual brandings. With its tight, slightly shaky camera angles and dusty colour correction, the predilection for a reality-bound plot geared by high-power performances and multiple story elements, each riveting if judged on their own right, the film sounds like a good deal to spend money on.

Even with all of Scotts essentialities crammed into it, the film lacks the weight of a substantial plot to steer it from being a run on the mill geopolitical gobbledygook spy thriller. And it also lacks proper character development by forgetting to introduce any form back story to its players (with the exception of Golshifteh Farahani, who plays DiCarprios love interest)

What one sees are pre-moulded characters moving through the film By midpoint, a string of questions sprout in an instant and one starts noting the absurdities of most the CIAs plots. Having not read the book Body of Lies is base on (it was novel by Washington Post columnist David Ignatius), one cant deduce if these decisions were practically based on models of how the CIA would react

if faced with a similar dilemma, or if the CIAs plots were there for the thriller element of the novel.

Body of Lies also has another problem. Ever so often (actually in every other scene) the film reeks of not being that big a challenge to pull off. Scott seems to be facing a dilemma similar to Steven Spielbergs since both have pulled off almost every challenge their film making now tends to emit an aura which makes it look like it was too easy to pull off.

Off course there may be problems or difficulties in production but the entire film seems to overwhelm the difficulties of the craft. Is being that good a thing?

Prominently starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Russell Crowe, Mark Strong, Golshifteh Farahani and Alon Aboutboul, Body of Lies, released by Warner Bros, runs for 126 minutes with credits. It is directed by Ridley Scott who also produces with Donald De Line, and is adapted for the screen by William Monahan. DoP is Alexander Witt with editing by Pietro Scalia, the film features an almost invisible score by Marc Streitenfeld.

The film is rated R for gruesome violence, especially when the terrorists are shown breaking DiCaprios fingers with a hammer during the climax.

I love the Disney movie The Kid with Bruce Willis. In it he plays a stressed-out, high-power image consultant. He wears expensive suits, lives in a chic, elegantly furnished home and has all the money he can spend. His biggest challenge comes when a young boy-his younger self-comes to stay with him. He doesnt recognize himself at first, but then comes to see that he can heal himself by comforting the boy he was and accepting the man he is. (Dont worry, theres still a lot of other fun, surprising stuff that happens so I havent TOTALLY given the plot away.)

Often when I work with people who are anxious or uncomfortable with public speaking, they recount past experiences of perceived failure. They tell me their stories of screw-ups, stumbles and faults, all with a tone of humiliation and self-flagellation. They use critical, blaming language to describe themselves such as I was so stupid, I was pathetic, Ive never forgiven myself for that. Its bad enough to have had the bad experience in the first place, but we just make it worse when we spread the pain out over a lifetime by reliving the experience-and punishing ourselves for it-over and over and over again.

As you let go of your judgment, you realize that that younger self did the very best job possible, given the where he/she was at the time. (Your corny meter may be going off but stay with me here!) Now, reach out, embrace and forgive that younger self. Give that younger self some comforting words of encouragement and soothe the pain theyve been carrying around all these years. Take the burden off his/her shoulders as you both let it go. Imagine a conversation between your present and former selves. What went wrong that day? What was learned? How can the present you and the former you work together to speak up with more confidence in the future?

You may have several past selves to forgive. Picture each past self who disappointed you and go through the same process. You might be surprised at how this can lighten your load and ease your discomfort.

We cant improve in an atmosphere of self-blame and criticism. When we speak, all we can do is the best we can do. Sometimes we succeed. Sometimes we fail. But chastising ourselves for past mistakes can only hold us back. Let your selves off the hook and move on. Forgive the person you were and accept the person you are. Its through compassion that you'll create the even better person you are becoming.

Rajeev Mathews (Sudhir Reddy) is a happily married software engineer who lives with his wife Priya (Pavani Reddy) in a large farmhouse in the outskirts of Hyderabad. One day his best friend Gautam visited him in the United States, and the two of them spend quality time together. This is also the time when Gautam woos Priya's friend Rekha (Gazal Somaiah) and takes him on vacation in Goa.When Gautam cost Goa, Rajeev gets hospitalized. A curious Gautam wonders with Rajeev as to what happened to him suddenly. Rajeev reveals a shocking truth that his wife Priya was possessed by evil spirits. The two friends rush to the farm house to check Priya. They try to face him, but Priya gets pretty aggressive. During this, Rajeev Priya accidentally kills. Rest of the story is how the two friends out of this delicate situation and manage to hide the murder.

Plus Points: -

major plus point of the film is the interesting story line. The way the script was woven around the limited character is pretty good. Sudheer Reddy walks away with the cake, and gives a memorable performance. He showed great emotion in her role as a frustrated husband and has a long way to go in Tollywood.Yuvaa Chandraa also gives a decent performance and surprises you in the end. The production values are clean, and to show the film in a good light. The first half of the film is well put together, and the eccentric climax is accumulated tension.

MinusPoints: -

The first and main point of the film negative is that it is far too long. The whole film is over two hours, which is too long for a thriller. After the establishment of the first half very aggressively, director goes a bit temperamental and drives the film. He built scene after scene and only adds to the runtime. Some logical errors are also missing in the film. The film unnecessary twists and turns are also a bit confusing. Adding songs to reduce the fun factor and SideTrack intrigue.

Technical aspects:-

the camera work in the film is quite good and keeps the tempo throughout the film. Dialogues are good enough and suitable plot. screenplay is good but could have been better in the second half. Director Rahul impressed with his first film. The way he handled the script and brought out a captivating story is impressive. Installation is below par and at least 15 minutes of the film could have easily cut.

Verdict:-

Overall, the end is a film that could have been quite exciting. But an exaggerated story, and time excessive implementation makes this film just an average case. If you have an eye for thrillers and love movies with a twist, you can surely give this film a shot.

Chandu (Naga Chaitanya) is a small-time crook who deceives everyone and makes money for the education of her sister. One day he comes across on a bag full of money that belongs to a dreaded gangster Manikyam (Posani) with whom he also shares a personal vendetta.
He steals the bag and used the money for his personal problems. Twist in the tale arises when Manikyam Chandu kidnaps father and sister and asked her to return the money. What will Chandu do now? How could pay huge amount for Manikyam? and which does not appear Kriti Sanon in all this set up? Which forms the rest of the story.

Plus Points: -

Twists in the film were executed very well. Naga Chaitanya looks beautiful and has greatly improved his acting abilities. It is well suited role and chemistry with Kriti Sanon refreshing looks. The film has a lot of strong feelings that have been established well. The chase scene in the climax looks cool and was choreographed beautifully.Kriti Sanon looks gorgeous and has been cleverly used in the film. Brahmanandam is the main highlight during the last half hour of the film. His character elevates the film to a decent level and brings a lot of entertainment value. First half of the film moves casually enough and has enough thrilling moments.Posani is very good at the peak and so are his followers. The film's production values are very good and the way the story was conceived is interesting. Ravi Babu is suitable as a cunning police officer and brings a lot of depth to the film. Saptagiri is superb in his appearance.

Negative points: -

This film traces Swamy Ra Ra and in many scenes and history set up to remind you that the film instantly. Second half gets bogged down completely until Brahmanandam made an entry. Tracks are yet another drawback of the film. No songs register in your mind and have been wasted in the film.Bang interval is too simple and rushed up. Although the sensations are good, they take up too much screen time. Some logic is missing in the film and one can easily notice these flaws. Dohchay has very less mass elements and could limit its scope primarily to A centers.

Technical aspects :-

Dohchay is quite high on technical values. the camera work is brilliant and the manager so Sudheer Varma conceptualizes the whole movie looks good. As said earlier, music is the weakest point in the film. But Sunny M R impresses with its decent background score. Film script is good and picks up during orgasm.written dialogues are suitable and appropriate to the nature of the film. Coming to the Director Sudheer Varma, one can easily feel that he is still in the hangover of Swamy Ra Ra, and chose a very similar script. But he earns brownie points by adding some playful elements and raises the tempo during the end which is very important for a film.

Verdict: -

Overall, Dohchay some very stylish action sequences. An interesting premise, well executed first half and a last half hour hilarious are huge assets. If you can sit through the predictable twenty minutes after the interval and go without waiting, you will certainly enjoy this brilliant action thriller.
