The Message? Things are not as they seem. There's more to us - and our world - than meets the eye.

We are, indeed, magical!

Living, as we do, in the sunlight world of mundane reality, we forget who we are. We're afraid of our own shadows. Afraid to step out and spread our wings. We wrap ourselves in our fears and limitations and live, as Thoreau said, "lives of quiet desperation."

And that's why the Harry Potter stories and Tolkien's tales of hobbits and Middle Earth strike a chord with me. They remind me that I need not be afraid, that I have hidden powers and untapped reserves.

And, boy oh boy, do I need that message. Constantly and always!

There's Harry Potter, a poor abused orphan who's maintained his spunk in spite of it all. But Harry doesn't have a clue. He doesn't know who he is or what he's got. J. K. Rowling's novels are all about how Harry finds out who he is and what he can do.

Do you know who you are, what you've got and what you can do?

I sincerely doubt it!

Then there's Bilbo Baggins and his nephew Frodo. Two hobbits, lovers of comfort, security and all things domestic. Or so they think. They don't know who they are or what they've got either, do they? Tolkien leads us on a very long and convoluted tale to show how they find out.

Or at least, they start to find out. Because, you know, there's always more to learn.

There are thousands, if not millions, of self-help, motivational, and inspirational products out there. Books, tapes, seminars and workshops.

But nothing, absolutely nothing, has the power to move, inspire, encourage and uplift like a well-crafted story, poem, or song.

I'm not suggesting that you become a Harry Potter or a Tolkien fan. But I am suggesting that you use art to remind you of how very magical you are - how very strange and incredible the world around you is.

I want you to remember how deep your reserves are.

There's more. There's always so much more!

Here is my take on the now old title Behind Enemy Lines starring Owen Wilson and Gene Hackman.

Plot:The movie revolves around Wilson's character being a Navy FighterPilot. On a normal recon mission, he and his co-pilot spot something onthe radar and go to check it out. The "something" they were checkingout ends up shooting them down and putting Wilson's character on therun for the majority of the movie. Through trials, tribulations, and afew officer skuffles back at the base, our hero(es) end up making thisa Great movie to watch and I really enjoyed it.

Rating: I wouldgive it a 4/5. I was kept on the edge of my seat most of the time and Inever got bored. Any bathroom break would have definitely constituted aPause on the movie for sure.

Review: I liked this movie a lot. Ididn't think I would like it near as much as I did because I knew itwas an Action/Drama and it starred Comedy funny man, actor Owen Wilson.Not thinking he could pull this off, I walked into this movie not veryopen minded but from the first 15 minutes of the movie, you're hookedfrom then on out. I now have a new-found respect for Owen Wilson as anactor.

Language/Content: The language wasn't really that bad.There are a few parts of mild gore (guns, shooting, war, etc.) that Iprobably wouldn't recommend for anyone under 10 but with parentaldiscretion, i would say this is a very good family movie.

Rest of the story is how Sampoornesh Babu reveals her past love affair, and also why he has done all these flights.

Undoubtedly, Sampoornesh Babu is the largest and the only asset for the film. As expected, Sampoornesh does not disappoint at all. He dances, fights and the most hilarious part is he even invented a computer by name Samputer.When it lands on the screen, the crowd goes crazy. His dialogues and the way he showed crazy expressions are hilarious. punch dialogues mouthed by sampoo are very entertaining.How some satirical sequences were executed look good on screen. The actor who has performed well the role of police officers.The first half of the film is high on comedy and is the highlight. Female lead Kavya Kumar, looks good and works well in his role.

MinusPoints: -

As expected, the logic will completely miss much of the film. Although this film is satirical, some scenes go a little overboard.Other than sampoo efforts, there are major issues in this film. A number of scenes are left unanswered through the film. Clarity on the role of first heroin, and several other characters lack justice.After a decent first half, second half is dragged at least 10 to 15 minutes and we lost the excitement. Those who are not aware of Sampoornesh Babu, and can not handle more emotions the best will not enojoy this film.

Technical aspects:-

the camera work is decent. Even if it is a low budget film, visuals seem rich. Production values are good and so is the rest of the distribution.Although the songs are just average, they do not spoil the flow of the film. Dialogues need a special mention. Coatings writing for sampoo are hilarious and remembered for a long time.The assembly is OK, but at least five to ten minutes in the second half should have been easily cut. screenplay is pretty good because it holds the public only with the presence of the sampoo screen.Director Stephen Shankar has done a decent job for his debut flick. For this moment, can you be open to the belief that our thoughts create our reality? If we decide to change our thoughts directing them towards good and abundance, we will attract more of that into our lives. You can return to your original beliefs, but read below to see if any of the words attract you to creating new thoughts around yourself.

Here are ways you can bring the 'law of attraction' into your life:

You may say the positive affirmations, but think negative thoughts which will block your ability to be open to receiving what is rightfully yours.

You may have shot it a few times as you wasn't happy with particular parts.

You could have a fair bit to edit because unlike 35mm film stock for film it costs next to nothing with video.

You may only have a small part to edit which is all to the good.

Let's get started.

Take out everything you consider total rubbish, poor shots shaky shots, out of focus and long bits with nothing happening.

Now take the best master shots of the beginning middle and end and put that together.

Check all the footage left. Is it near the beginning etc? Put it in only if it adds to the value of getting your message across and of course follows the sequence of events.

Play around with the footage until you come up with a decent piece.

Add the title.

Now you can really bring it to life.

Music. Get the music in there. Something that blends in with the mood of the ad. DO NOT use copyrighted music. Find a site that offers free clips of music.

You don't need music blasting. Something in the background but you can start of with a crescendo as long as it does not swamp any words. It doesn't matter if you have a very short fanfare at the beginning.

Music will really bring your ad to life but use it sparingly.

Once this done you have a finished product to upload to the web.

Software for editing comes free with windows xp or vista. If you do use the windows version they won't be as good as a more careful edit. It all depends on what you have budget wise.

Like everything else editing software has become a lot cheaper. Look around, you may even find some decent free stuff.

Your ad maybe just one continuous shot over 30 odd seconds but if it's longer and need cuts then here is a tip. Either get down to your local video store and get some films or watch them on TV. A tape is better. You can rerun again. Now you are not sitting watching a movie. You are watching the edits. See how they cut. Hundreds of cuts per film. Don't zoom in. Move in. Dolly and crane shots. Take it all in and you will soon learn. At this stage especially on your first few ads do not use special effects. You are trying to get benefits across not a display of fireworks.

Just make your ad to get your message across in a crisp and confident way. With touches of music. Proper cuts if needed and it's a wrap. Get it on the net.

It is not the script or direction is wrong here, but it is the overall experience during the second half which is terribly routine and obsolete.
