Rango Movie From Gore Verbinski

Rango is being entirely animated by the visual-effects home Industrial Light & Magic (ILM). ILM is normally hired to provide the CGI for expensive blockbusters (such as Verbinskis Pirates with the Caribbean movies), but this is the initial time the company has been asked to handle a completely animated feature.

Verbinski cleared up some plot details. Rango (Depp) is a pet chameleon who lives in a terrarium. Hes a thespian searching for an audience, says Verbinski. By means of a bizarre set of circumstances, Rango winds up at a town called Dirt, which is populated by a number of Mojave Desert wildlife. This town is truly hungry for a hero, and they get the great pretender, says Verbinski. Rango has to ultimately be prepared for the difference between pretending and whats real. The director also mentioned that Rango, as an aquatic creature desperately looking for hydration, ironically finds himself obtaining involved in a Chinatown-esque water subplot.

Already Rango comes off as an animated movie with more substance on its mind and much more tricks up its sleeve than most. And the way Verbinski went about recording his characters voices was a departure for an animated movie. Normally, actors perform their lines alone in a recording studio. But instead, Verbinski gathered his entire cast including Depp, Timothy Olyphant, Abigail Breslin, Bill Nighy, Isla Fisher, Ray Winstone, and Harry Dean Stanton and had them act out the whole film inside a studio during the course of a 20-day shoot. Utilizing a limited amount of props, sets, and costumes, the actors repeatedly tackled their scenes while video cameras recorded their performances.

Its not motion capture we call it emotion-capture, says Verbinski. I didnt want to stop the techniques that were developed in shooting live action, in which you try to optimize the possibility of capturing the awkward moment the moment in which things arent cerebral or manufactured. Every thing in an animated movie is manufactured. There aren't any accidents. So we were trying to encourage a kinetic, raw spark to the audio track. Verbinski showed us some of this footage, and needless to say, the view of Johnny Depp pretending to become heroic cowboy lizard is simultaneously amusing and slightly disturbing.

Story: -

Ado (Sumanth Ashwin) is a young man who does not believe in going after girls. He also encourages his friends not to woo and this attitude of his is hated by all the girls in his college.
One day, Avi (Rehana) joined the college and discovers that all the boys ignore completely all the girls. She decided to change this scenario and sets a trap for Adi. Is Adi fall into the trap? Is Avi change the thinking of Adi? This forms the rest of the story.

Plus Points: -

more important for this film are superb production values. The whole film seems quite rich and the university atmosphere was presented in a beautiful light. Sumanth Ashwin improves with each of his film. It looks beautiful and how he emotes throughout the film is also good. He had many opportunities to perform in this character and it does not disappoint at all.
Viva Thagubothu Ramesh and Harsha are pretty good in their roles. The first half hour of the film is very entertaining and lively. Songs from the film are also decent.

MinusPoints: -

After promising first 30 minutes, the film falls flat on his face. The pace becomes slow death and there is a lot of confusion in the way the characters have been processed. Heroin Rehana is yet another disadvantage to the film. When policy makers have an important role to heroin, they should go with someone well known. Although girls try hard, she looked quite convincing.The film takes forever to finish and goes on and on. The relationship between the pair of lead does not focus and lacks the clarity at all. The way the heroine behaves with the hero is quite confusing during the second half. Climax of the film seems stupid and does not justify the film at all.

Technical aspects:-

As said above, the film production values are very good. Camerawork is beautiful and highlights the atmosphere of the college in a new light. The music of Mickey J Meyer is also decent. Dialogues are decent and so are the lyrics. The whole scenario is for a draw too confused scenes to center stage. the direction of Vema Reddy is below par. The concept that he has chosen is new, but the execution is poor. It leaves far too many points imprecise and makes quite confusing to the public. How he justified the climax is also pretty bad.

Verdict:

Overall, Chakkiliginta is a film that goes haywire after a point. rich production values and Sumanth Ashwin performance is the only recovery in this film that leaves the audience in utter confusion. Ignore this movie this weekend.

The story begins with the suicide of Chandu (Shafi) who kills himself as he can not afford the costly education of his children in a wealthy business school. This incident deeply hurt Abhimanyu (Arjun) who in turn decides to take on the organizational structure of the education system.His speeches and ideas become huge, and the media also make it a big issue. Twist in the tale comes when the association of business schools decided to go against him. Rest of the story is how Abhimanyu fights against this corporate system and proves his point.

Plus Points: -

major plus point of the film is Arjun and role. Even at the age of 50, Arjun seems great shape and should the role of hero wisely. As usual, it is excellent in all the action and emotional sequences. He carries the entire film on his shoulders by handling more than one department quite convincing.The message that is presented in the film is very good. Taking Arjun on the education system and how it will preach on this topic is also presented nicely. Except for the first 20 minutes, rest of the film flows smoothly.

MinusPoints: -

Major drawback of the film is its running time. The film tends to go on and on, and comic episodes forced Ali and Brahmanandam does not help things much. This comedy track does not have much depth and fails to bring laughter. As the female leads Surveen Chawla and Simran Kapoor has not much to do in the film.Villain's character was not clearly justified. Large logical disappear into her role and make the volatile film. As said before, the first 20 minutes of the film are quite tedious. The story is just walking here and there and fails to make a start. Those seeking regular entertainment can stay out of it.

Technical aspects:-

Although music by Amar Mohile is decent, all songs in the film act as speed breakers. Re-recording of the film is quite good and takes the film to another level. The fights choreographed by Arjun are first class and have fun well. Film is almost ok and is therefore mounting.Jai Hind 2 is Arjun's baby all the way. From the script to the direction and production, Arjun treated all services quite decently. Although he hesitated for the first half hour, he holds grip for the rest of the film. The way he manages a film with a strong social message is endearing.

Verdict:-

Overall, Jai Hind 2 is an out and out film Arjun right to the end. Whether its game, waterfalls or direction, it manages all convincingly services. But a prolonged execution time, forced comedy track and tedious first half hour stops the film from becoming a complete action artist. Finally, those who like serious films with a social message will end up loving it.

When Mario Puzo penned his classic novel he introduced readers to the Corleone family. With Francis Ford Coppola's 1972 compelling movie of the book, Don Vito Corleone's dark heritage was brought to the big screen, on the gritty streets of New York and also his ancestral home in Sicily.

Corleone – Or Not

The hilltop town of Corleone (situated south of Palermo) has historically been associated with the underworld in real life, but nowadays it's more known for the Hollywood version, and proudly displays references to The Godfather everywhere. Wander around the crumbling cobbled streets and you'll encounter black and white film stills of Pacino and Brando in local businesses, and there's even a drink named after the infamous Godfather called "Don Corleone Amaro" – it's a bitter tasting aperitif, as is to be expected!

In fact, however, by the time the movie was shot in the early 1970s, the real Corleone was deemed too modern to be able to realistically depict the 1950s, in which the story was set. The scenes were actually shot in several other locations, mainly in the region around the province of Messina.

Savoca

The scenes in the first movie when young Michael Corleone meets and courts Apollonia were filmed in the tiny medieval hilltop town of Savoca. You can have a drink in the charming 18th century Bar Vitelli - which looks exactly as it does in the movie when Michael asks Apollonia's father for her hand – and also visit the church of San Nicol, where the wedding scenes were shot. It's no stretch to close your eyes and imagine yourself back to 1950s Italy as Michael and Apollonia emerge into the piazza, even now.

Forza d’Agr and Motta Camastra

Nearby Forza d’Agr was used extensively in the filming of the second and third instalments of the movie – you'll recognise the charming Sant'Agostino church and the lovey Chiesa Madre della Santissima Annunziata.

Motta Camastra only had a population of about 900 when filming took place (and that hasn't changed much), and its picturesque rural setting and highly religious ambience also made it the perfect stand-in for 1950s Corleone.

Palermo

In the capital, Palermo, the magnificent Teatro Massimo, in Piazza Verdi, is the setting of some of the most dramatic and emotional scenes in the final movie. It's where Anthony (Michael's opera singer son) performs, but also where Mary (his daughter) meets her untimely end on the staircase.

Mount Etna

On the ragged slopes of Mount Etna, you can visit the stunning Baroque Castello degli Schiavi, in Fiumefreddo di Sicilia, which you'll recognise from the scenes at Michael Corleone's house. It also serves as the site of Don Tommasino's villa, where Michael takes his final breath, alone.

Actress Kareena Kapoor, who is now basking on the success of her latest movie Bodyguard, has denied having any success mantra.

Addressing the music launch of her film Ra.One, the Bollywood star revealed that her luck has been working wonders for her. She hoped that her next film Ra.One will also be a big hit.

Kareena Kapoor's recent films like Bodyguard, 3 Idiots and Golmaal 3 have become blockbusters and set new records at the box office. Talking about the success, the B-Town actress says, "I have no success mantra. There is no particular calculation or anything of that sort. I just have been lucky with some good films, good directors and good scripts."

However, Kareena Kapoor is playing the female lead in Shahrukh Khan's forthcoming film Ra.One, which will release on October 26. Babo adds, "Shahrukh has given me such a wonderful film and I am looking forward to my next festive release which is Ra.One which I believe, will be one of the biggest hits."

Speaking to reporters at the music launch of Ra.One, Kareena Kapoor thanked Shahrukh Khan for giving her a film like Ra.One, which she believes will be one of the biggest hits in Bollywood.

When asked about her success mantra, considering all her recent films have become blockbusters, the latest being Bodyguard with Salman Khan, the actress replied that she had no success mantra. Kareena said she has been lucky with some good films, good directors and good scripts.

Kareena Kapoor has Agent Vinod with Saif Ali Khan lined up apart from Reema Kagti's untitled film with Aamir Khan and Rani Mukherjee. The film is likely to be released in January 2012. She will also be seen in Karan Johar's romantic-comedy, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu with Imran Khan, to be released on February 10.

Plus points:

Harshavardhan Rane that usually different types of roles, gave a performance matured in this film. Although this is the first film to Avanthika Mishra, she also gave impressive performances. Its intense expressions are very good, and she played the role to the best of his ability.The film begins with an interesting scene that puts you in the mood of the film. The scenes where the heroine future plans were extremely well presented. There are some interesting scenes in the second half, and the twist in the climax is very good.

Minus Points:

Although the film begins on a high note, waterfalls considerably just after the opening credits. Except for one or two scenes, the first half of the film falls flat. There are a lot of unnecessary scenes inducted in the first half, to establish the love track between the lead pair.The second half also started with the interesting scene, but even here the tempo is never implemented. There is no need to songs in this type of film, but they have been included, which was totally unnecessary. Although this filmis told as a thriller, there's not a lot of exciting scenes.

Technical aspects:-

Cinematography of the film is very good. All visual look rich and colorful. Songs have been shot well. Chandra Shekar's music is about right, but his background score has been helpful in some scenes. While editing the film is striking, policymakers should have concentrated more in the first half.Neelakanta future captain of the ship, its concept is very good, but it failed to some extent in the execution of the plot. The film's production values are very good.

Verdict:

Overall, Neelakanta does not create a lot of magic with "Maaya". Except for the opening scene, climax and a few thrilling moments, there is not much in the film. It lacks the rush which is essential must for a thriller, and will only be appreciated by the public multiplex.

Essentially, you will know if a horror movie is great if you have somehow heard of it before looking it up. Even the horror movies that get promoted on television are usually of very high quality. This doesn’t really mean that if you didn’t hear about a horror movie before discovering it that it automatically sucks, it can actually be amazing and end up being the movie you have ever seen in your life.

Kitty (Sundeep Kishan) is a taxi driver happy go lucky in Chennai. He works under Manikkyam (Tannikella Bharani) who cheats on him with his life savings. A Kittu upset, gets drunk and Manikyam reached the house and threatened to kill her daughter Nandeswari (Regina)Moving a bit in the flashback, Nadeswari is extremely upset with his father for fixing her marriage without her permission. She confronts her father and reveals his opinion. Just at that moment, Sundeep Kishan began threatening her money and kidnaps Nandeswari. As she is not interested in marriage, even she luckily escaped with Kittu.As both keep running away from Manikkyam, a cute love story starts to develop between the two. When things seem happy and settled, Nandeswari is again removed by Jaggu (Jagapathi Babu).
Who is Jaggu? Why did he Nandeswari Kidnap? What will Kittu do now? For answers to all these questions, you need to watch the movie on the big screen.

Plus Points: -

The first half of the film is a major advantage. It has some cute romantic moments with entertaining comedy. Again, Sundeep Kishan chemistry with Regina is first class. Both of them share a good atmosphere and that shows on the screen.Sundeep Kishan has upped his game and screen presence with this film. He looks much ease and perfectly carries his role. He minimizes his character so well and allows Regina to continue with its dominant character precisely.Regina is the highlight of the film. It has a dominant character and did a great job. She look glamorous and director etched his character of a lively and entertaining way.
Again Jagapathi Babu made a sincere work in the film, but could not be used completely. More on that later. Film songs are definitely a highlight. All were shot and executed well.
Ramesh Tagubothu entertains you decently in the first half. Ravi Babu, Brahmaji and Satyam Rajesh doing their bit.

Minus Points: -

Although Jagapathi Babu did an excellent job in his role, the director could not use it properly. The elevation required and the depth of his character is absent from the film.
Just when you see the entrance to JB await impatiently a power packed performance. Even if he is good in some comedy situations, the tempo is ever built during his stay.After a promising first half, second half slides down drastically. Just after the break, first 15 minutes is a bit disappointing. Sundeep Kishan has nothing to do. Too many characters continue to come in and out of the film which makes it tedious film.Yet another drawback in the second half or the love track between Regina and Sundeep or the link between the two brothers is treated properly.Climax is cliche and nothing special in it. The lock on the widely publicized lip is almost OK, and do not seem sensual.

Technical aspects:-

Ra Ra Krishnayya is high on the technical aspects. A special word of mention is the camera work. The visuals in the film look absolutely beautiful. The production values are high, and how the entire film was shot looks very good.As said before, the music Acchu is also a major asset. All the songs are very good and were also shot well. Dialogues are correct and have been written well.Director Mahesh Babu is quite OK with his first film. It runs the first half very well, and extract good performance from its star cast. But as said earlier, it goes off the track in the second half and try to add too many commercial elements.film script is good enough in the first half, but could have less withe some scenes in the second.

Verdict:-

Overall, Ra Ra Krishnayya essentially functions in the parts. After an interesting and engaging first half, the second half slightly disappoint you. If you go into this film without much expectations, you might also Sundeep Kishan and sizzling chemistry of Regina and beautiful songs.
