According to the Associated Press, the driver of the truck Brown fatally collided with said that Brown was watching a “Harry Potter” film while the accident took place; the movie reportedly kept playing in the android car stereo after the accident.

Sergeant Kim Montes of the Florida Highway Patrol later spoke with Reuters and confirmed that “there was a portable car DVD player in the vehicle.”

The AP also reported that Brown also had eight speeding tickets on his records; however, the most recent one was from 2011.

Brown had a long and well-documented history of Autopilot use. Two months ago, he uploaded a video of the system “saving his life.” The dash cam video shows a boom truck drive into the lane of the Tesla Model S by using gm navigation and then shows the Tesla swerve out of harm's way.

Brown himself mentions in the video description, “You can see where I took over when there's a little bit of blip in the steering. Tessy [sic] had already moved to the right to avoid the collision. I was not able to slow down even more due to the heavy traffic (cars were behind me). Once I got behind him I slowly added more room between us until he exited. I was not tail gating [sic] after the incident.”

The video of Brown dodging the boom truck is just one of many of his Tesla-related YouTube uploads.

Some might think that autopilot performed the evasive maneuver completely independently by gm navigation; that's not quite the case. In reality, the system moved subtly -- and notified Brown to pay attention and retake control of the car.

Bob Bowdon, a veteran broadcaster, decided after doing severalstories centering on the New Jersey Public Education system that enoughwas enough.

Along with his experiences and those of a friend who changed jobsfrom journalist to school teacher, Bowdon decided that it was time tochronicle what he saw in a documentary.

The result, made over two years and on Bowdons own bank account, isThe Cartel, a powerful account of mismanagement, overspending andintimidation prevalent in Americas education systemwith New Jersey asthe prime example cited for all of these ills.

During a recent stop to Philadelphia, Bowdon, who is next producingand hosting a PBS series in which teams debate each other oncontroversial topics, discussed the films journey to theaters and histhoughts about a broken education system which sends people out of highschool illiterate, has three-quarters of college level kids unable tofind Middle Eastern countries on a map and ranks 474th in the world inmath scores.

Movie FanFare: You use New Jersey as an example of a failededucation system. What can the country learn from the mistakes NewJersey has made?

Bob Bowdon: New Jersey has been the biggest spending state. Whateveryone can learn is that money doesnt equal quality. There areinputs people and outputs people. (The state says): We must be foreducation because we spent so much. Everybody knows you can hire abunch of people and have them sit around and fill out forms and itdoesnt affect a kids learning. So I know the issues are the same allover. New Jersey is our case study and preaches that if you thinkthrowing money is the answer, think again.

MFF: Has New Jersey Governor John Corzine seen this?

BB: I havent offered to show it to him because I presumed if he wanted to see it, hed find a way.

MFF: What triggered this project?

BB: Ive been a TV reporter that covered educational stories. Therewere these anecdotal stores that were not connected. An outrage here,or a terrible principal there, or millions of dollars disappearsomewhere else. What had not been done is tell the story in one picturewith all of these comparisons in the movie and how there are higherbudgets with no increase in performance by education to the students.On TV, weve seen some of the individual stories.

The final catalyst was my friend, a TV producer who got a job as aninner city high school English teacher. I said, This has got to be adocumentary. Theres too much here. Leaving aside whether I am greator terrible as a filmmaker, this kind of expose has never been donebefore. Maybe there is some obscure film out there that someone willpresent to me. But as far as I know it hasnt been done, even thougheducation is one of the key topics in the country, without sounding toograndiose. So the catalyst was my friend who was an English teacher.

MFF: Even though you had some prominent education figures appear inthe film, did you find many people reticent to speak to you abut thissubject on-camera?

BB: There are people all the time who come to me at film festivalswho are outraged and tell me their personal stories. BB: I am interested in improving public policies and I think thefilm goes to where the need is greatest. There are storiesof whichthere are many and we could have easily doneit would have taken timeaway from the real disasters going on elsewhere. If we looked at theother schools, then people may say its steady as she goes. But it is ared alert disaster in some of these worst schools, so for me to profilethe happy, it didnt make sense.

MFF: The Cartel is quite critical of the teachers unions role inthe problems as you show them protecting bad teachers and principalsand other acts that are harmful to a childs education.

BB: We take great pains to distinguish teachers unions with otherkinds of unions. When GM negotiates with the United Auto Workers, UAWdoesnt have a strong hand in running General Motors, who they arenegotiating with. But the teachers unions have a huge hand in selectingwho they give money to for the school board. Then the school boardselects the superintendent with whom they negotiate. So they create ascenario where the superintendent with whom they agree is the one whogets appointed by school board members seated through elections theyhave helped financed. Its a different kind of union then every otherunion in the country.

I believe in schools where the parent can leave their kid in a unionschool that could be their choice, or if they want to put their kid ina private school that doesnt have a union, that should be theirchoice. If a private school decides to unionize its teachers, then thatshould be their choice. I am not pro- or anti- union philosophically,as long as there is choice. The problem is if there is a monopoly andthere is only one choice, and you have to go there if you are a poorperson. Thats where the problem comes from.

Some pieces, like his first poster for Hello Dolly which he made while he was still a student at the University of the Arts, then the Philadelphia College of Art, only contain the finished print. The room devoted to Raiders however covers many of his drafts and revisions, showcasing the long and arduous process that he went through to make the perfect and now iconic poster.

Unfortunately, if you expect to see anything from the 1974 film, Chinatown, dont hold your breath. Its clear who the audience is at this exhibit, and its not the true appreciators of art. The poster for Chinatown is reminiscent of a Mucha painting, with a hint of old French advertising artwork, and is by far one of his timeless pieces. Yet, it seemed that the curators were looking to bring in the masses, and not necessarily showcase what most consider a work that speaks for itself.

Richard Amsels career spanned almost two decades, from what some consider the heyday of cinema in the 70s, until its demise in the 1980s; his life also seems to mirror this trend. While he was still a senior at the Philadelphia College of Art, he won a poster contest run by 20th Century Fox, which propelled him into art stardom. He seemed to be on top for a good ten years until he contracted HIV in the 80s. This led to his untimely death at the age of 38, in 1985.

Like many great artists, Richard Amsel died before his time, but also left a legacy that those in his medium never achieved. His name is forever engrained in the collective minds of the public, maybe without them even knowing it.

Tiger is an attempt to showcase Sundeep Kishan in a ground role, and policy makers are behind with their decision. Sundeep is dynamic in a robust role and carries the entire film on his shoulders. His body language, the ease in battle and trust in the dialogues are quite impressive. Tiger should be a turning point in his career and make him some great artists of fiscal policy in the future.Rahul Ravindran is pretty good in his role and balance the film with his subtle approach well. All his scenes with Sundeep Kishan came out pretty well. Thaman should definitely be credited for the success of the film score beating his background elevates emotions to another level. The message is presented regarding honor crimes is quite new.The crisp execution time is a huge bonus that procedures are wrapped in no time. First half has some teething times while the second half is very emotional. It is also very good to see that the director stuck to the plot and not add a love for track Sundeep just for the sake of a commercial aspect.

Seerat Kapoor is about right in his role and has not much to do in the film. Second half of the film becomes a bit serious and not a lot of entertainment. There is some logic that is lacking in the film and they can be easily identified. Details about Vishnu's parents and several other logical errors have been forgotten.Story of the film is nothing new and has been tested many times before. Lack of familiar faces for the role of the wicked also decreases the depth in emotions.

Technical aspects:-

As said before, background score Thaman is a huge bonus. Scenario is quite simple as all the scenes in the first half are well designed. Dialogues are cool and appropriate to the nature of the film. camera work by Chota K Naidu is brilliant and shows the sequences and action movies in a beautiful light. Sundeep Kishan how was raised with these mass visuals are very good.Coming to the Director Anand, he did a wonderful job with his narration and does not beat around the bush. He skillfully presented Sundeep and not go too far in its elevation and manages to engage the public decently.

Verdict:-

Overall, Tiger will be a movie career change to Sundeep Kishan. It is quite impressive in a mass avatar and has all the attributes to go to the next stage as an actor. Thumping background score, beautiful graphics and crisp narration are huge assets. If you can ignore the line of the predictable story, you will definitely end up liking this artist emotional action.

Other teenagers fall into the second rut, which comes from a complete lack of creativity: the effortless dinner and a movie. In a world where individuality is such a big deal among teenagers, why would any teen want a normal, every-day date? Dinner and a movie can get really old after a while and besides, isnt the purpose of dating to have fun or at least to get to know each other? Often having fun and getting to know someone is a lot easier when you are laughing, interacting, and relaxed.

Below are a few ideas for great teen dates that are low pressure, encourage interaction, and have the potential for a great time:

El Cheapo
Pick out clothes for each other from the local thrift store. Give your date a limited amount of money to spend on your outfit. Your selection could be based on a theme like the 80s, retro, or the rich and famous. Take pictures wearing your costumes in a photo booth, with a Polaroid, or any kind of camera.Wear your new clothes out to dinner.
Use boxes from your garage or a dumpster. Take the boxes and design cars to drive-through a fast-food restaurant. You could also take your dinner and cars to the drive-in theater.

Wild West
Send out a warrant for your dates arrest, listing the time and date they will be arrested. List yourself as the sheriff. You could also list reasons for your dates arrest (they are too hot to handle, etc).
Before picking up your date, dress in western clothing, remembering to bring some for your date (you may want to include a fake gun). When your date opens the door, handcuff him/her to yourself and march them at gunpoint to the car. You could also blindfold your date.
For dinner, you may want to look for a restaurant that will fit your theme. For example, a jail-house transformed into a restaurant. You could also decorate part of your house to look like a jail. Eating sloppy Joes for dinner while handcuffed is not only challenging, but provides a lot of laughs! Eating blindfold is even better!
Afterwards, try bowling handcuffed. Its not easy, but its fun!

Wet n Wild
If you are anywhere near a body of water, renting canoes can be a lot of fun. You may want to try racing against other couples, doing obstacle courses, or even synchronized boating. If you are the musical type, you could serenade you date with a guitar or just your voice.
Bring a picnic lunch and search together for a spot to eat. After lunch find some place to jump in and take a swim! Dont forget the towels!

Service with a Smile
For the teen who is on a tight budget, volunteering at local homeless shelters, libraries, boys and girls club, nursing homes, the YMCA, handicap service providers, food banks, or a soup kitchen can be a lot of fun and very rewarding.

For example, at a nursing home, there are several services that you can provide and you dont usually have to call ahead. Here are some things you could do:
-Sing old fashioned songs and/or play an instrument in one of the main rooms
-Bring crafts to make with the patients and use them for decorations in their rooms.
-If its fall, bring a pumpkin and carve it for (and with!) one of the residence.
-Often nurses need help when games are being played and also with combing patients
hair, doing make-up, painting nails, etc.
-Some residents just like having someone to talk to. Bring a list of questions to ask about their teenage years of see if they have photos they would like to tell you about.

If you go to a soup kitchen, it is important to make an appointment before hand. You will need to sign up for a time and must commit to bring a certain number of people. Usually, your group will be serving the food to those in need. Free dinner is usually provided after you are finished.
