1.For the electrical outlet costume, measure from your knees up to your shoulders, then double this length and cut. For the width, measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip and add an inch. Cut your current length of material to the proper width.

2.Fold the material in half width-wise (ie. if you hold the material in front of you it still falls the full length from shoulder to knees). Cut a hole out of the folded end so your head will fit through. Hem the opening.

3.Slip the material over your head so that its inside out. Carefully pin the material together 3 to 4 inches below your underarms on each side. Remove the costume and sew seams from the bottom up to your underarm pins. Hem the bottom of the costume.

4.Cut out 2 large socket shapes from the white iron-on interfacing. Carefully cut two rectangles out of the inside of each socket shape (where you plug would go). Iron the sockets to the front of the outfit, one above the other.

5.Dress in a black shirt and black pants (or skirt). Slip the costume on and youre done.

6.For the Plug Costume, take the white foam and carefully cut a whole through the back third of the foam piece (not in the center you want more foam in front to act as the plug). Step into the foam and slide it up over your hips. You made need to adjust the opening to fit. If necessary, make two black straps and attach them with a glue gun to the inside front and back openings of the foam and slip the straps over your shoulders to hold the foam in place.

7.Cut 2 metal plug connections from the scrap cardboard. Paint with gold paint. Let dry and then carefully slice into the front of the foam to position the plugs. Hot glue into place. Your plug costume is finished.

story:

Rajesh (Vishnu Manchu) is a software engineer whose primary purpose is to go to the United States. One day it falls on Raji (Catherine Teresa) and falls backwards for her. In the normal course of time, even Raji accept his love and decide to marry. Meanwhile, Rajesh receives an offer to move to the United States, and decided to spend a few days with his grandfather (Dasari Narayana Rao) before going there.As expected, Dasari starts living with his little son. As time passes, his actions and habits start irritating the people around him. One day, he also became the only reason Rajesh losing both its US offer and his girlfriend. How a Rajesh anger at his grandfather? and what happens to her love story? This forms the rest of the story.

Plus points:

Dasari is fit in the role of an innocent grandfather and his chemistry with Vishnu is superb. Its action in the climax is great because it gives an emotional performance. Vishnu has to be credited for having left his star image and go with the script of the film. It looks beautiful and is characterized by a mature performance.Catherine Teresa Vishnu many compliments, and is fit for his role. emotional scenes in the film are impressive and will certainly connect with the public of the family. Climax of the film is well designed and performance of Vishnu Dasari and take to the next level.

MinusPoints:

The major negativeof this film is the line of the basic story. We have seen the melodrama movies like these earlier too. Running Time is another major drawback that the film could easily be trimmed at least 30 minutes. There are many logical flaws in the film as the Vishnu visa scene.Comedians are wasted and not used to their potential. Brahmanandam comedy track is unnecessary, and looks outdated. Although the peak is high on emotions, it may not connect to the regular commercial audience.

Technical aspects:

Dasari Narayana Rao has once again shown that he is a master at making family dramas. He did a decent job with his leadership and extracted the good performances of its cast. Dialogues in the film are emotional and have been written well.Chakri's music is good, but it should focus more on his background score. Anji cinematography is decent as all the songs were shot beautifully. The publisher would have trimmed the film by at least 30 minutes that the scenario meanwhile suffers much time.

Verdict:

Overall, "Erra Bus" is out and out a film Dasari all the way. It is well supported by the memorable performance of Vishnu and emotional climax only adds to the establishment. But a predictable story and excess length spoil the mood of the film that is only intended for a family audience.

First of all, I never figured out how the owners of thisfranchise were ever able to squeeze 2 sequels out of the first movie, let alonethis third one. The original Resident Evil was a nice surprise when it cameout, and quite good too. There were plenty of zombies to kill, and theyeliminated them in some truly imaginative ways. But unlike George Romero andhis Living Dead series, the makers of these films had nothing new to say in thesequels. Just more zombies to kill.

In Resident Evil: Afterlife, director Paul W.S. Andersondoesnt even give us that. Inexplicably, the viewer doesnt see a single undeaduntil 30 minutes after the movie starts. And there is a considerable amount ofdowntime between action scenes. This translates into boredom for the viewer.

To give this film its due, it must be said that the openingsequence is pretty darn good. Resident Evil: Afterlife begins not long afterthe previous movie, Resident Evil Extinction leaves off. Alice (Milla Jovovich)has gotten comfortable with her clones and now she is ready to fulfill herpromise to wipe out the Umbrella Corporation, the company responsible forunleashing the T-virus and turning most of the Earths inhabitants into brain cravingzombies.

Alice and her clones raid theUmbrella Corporations underground facility in Tokyo and decimate it. But instead of seeingone Alice perform impossible stunts we see about15 Alices makeunbelievable fighting moves as they fight to the death. If only the rest of themovie was as good as this.

Through an absurd and convenient plot device, Alice loses her superhumanpowers and then loses her clones. Suddenly shes on the run and headed to a supposedsafe haven in Arcadia, Alaska where her friends headed to. But whenshe arrives there all she discovers isan empty landing field and a deranged Claire Redfield (sexy Ali Karter) who is underthe control of some weird biomechanical device. Alicesaves Claire and then the two proceed to Los Angeles where they encounter another group ofsurvivors holed up in a prison. With the prison gates swarming with zombies anda new dangerous giant axe/hammer wielding threat heading their way, Alice,Claire and the survivors must find a way out as soon as possible.

This is probably the worst installment in the "ResidentEvil" series. Its just so pointless. The action sequences (except theopening raid) aren't anything amazing and I felt as if I was watching "TheMatrix" most of the time. It over-uses slow-motion way too much to thepoint where it gets really annoying.

Sony Buys Contol of "MLK" Movie

No one has said that Sony knew their purchase of ... Music would put them in the drivers seat of the powerful story of Gary Revel's ... of the ... of Martin Luther King Jr.

No one has said that Sony knew their purchase of Acuff-Rose Music would put them in the drivers seat of the powerful story of Gary Revel's investigation of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. but neither have they denied it.

In 1977 Gary was covertly investigating the assassination of MLK and he and attorney Mary Noel wrote, 'They Slew The Dreamer', a song about the related conspiracy and agreed to have the record of the song released on Rebel records and later as a cut on Star City Records Inc. As far as the world knew Gary was only a struggling songwriter with a young family living in Nashville who had a few songs signed at Acuff-Rose Music's ASCAP arm Milene Music Inc. With only a few independent releases to his credit it didn't look like he'd be shaking the world with his talent any time soon. 'They Slew The Dreamer' was produced by Johnny Erdelyan at the Acuff-Rose studios in Nashville and when released it didn't shake the music world but it did shake up the powers that ran the government of the State of Tennessee as well as the United States and for good measure some powerful Organized Crime figures.

The legal consequences of the record became apparent to Gary and Acuff-Rose when a picture of the Jack Kershaw AKA Karl designed record sleeve with the title 'They Slew The Dreamer' and Gary's name appeared on the front page of the now defunct Nashville Banner with the caption 'James Earl Ray Promotion Gimmicks'. The front page news story also included a Tee Shirt with the slogan 'I Didn't Do It' and a picture of James Earl Ray. Gary, Mary Noel and their partner, Attorney Jack Kershaw met with a number of other attorneys and all agreed it would not be helpful to sue anyone because the Federal Government said Gary's lyrics to the song had no factual basis. The official government position was that there was no conspiracy in King's assassination and any words from Gary Revel that disagreed with their position was purely fiction. The deadly accuracy of the lyrics on Gary's record sleeve contain the elements that spell out King's murder and the conspiracy that killed him. They tell the 'true' story of the conspiracy and assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. and by virtue that the song and record are a copyrighted work of Gary Revel and protected as such by the Federal Courts provide a juxtaposed and complicated scenario that is refuted and protected by the government at the same time. However the published caption 'James Earl Ray Promotion Gimmicks' could not be a cause of action for suit because all the State and Federal laws related to it protected the newspaper in that it was for their purposes a truthful statement.

Now enter Sony and their subsidiary Columbia Pictures. Recently Gary has been talking with Sony and Columbia Pictures about making the movie. They have asked for a copy of the William Sachs' screenplay 'MLK' that is based on Gary's song and investigation. The story of Gary's investigation has been on the verge of being made into a movie several times over a number of years but each time there has been a glitch just before Gary was ready to sign a purchase agreement for his story. Now that anyone who makes the movie will ultimately have to purchase a license from Sony Music because of the song's unique nature to the project, Sony and subsequently Columbia Pictures have found themselves with an in-house project. If Sony didn't know what it was buying when it bought Acuff-Rose you could say they were lucky or it was a coincidence; whatever the truth, Gary's song and somewhat tragic story of intrigue and murder that is the basis of Sachs' MLK screenplay is a movie that is their's for the making. There are others who want to make this movie and still more have been trying to get it made for years but at this time it looks like Columbia Pictures is the most likely suitor.

Enhanced eBooks Still on Shaky Ground

Enhanced ebooks have not lived up to their earlier promise. Movie tie-ins might improve their sales. Equalizing the technology of all e-book platforms would also boost enhanced ebooks.

Enhanced ebooks, once imagined as the future of reading, have not taken off as hoped. Of course, the book’s success could be directly linked to the January 2015 release of the movie of the same title. Film adaptations generally boost sales of the books they are based on, so American Sniper’s success doesn’t necessarily signify readers’ newfound passion for enhanced ebooks.

According to an article on Publishers’ Weekly website, several publishers are counting on the strength of movie tie-ins for enhanced ebooks. Publisher Grand Central has released two enhanced ebooks that tiein to movies based on novels and is planning a third. Likewise, Penguin Random House has seen positive results from companion books to TV series and movies after it converted them into enhanced ebooks.

Books with movie tie-ins benefit from the promotional efforts of the studios. At the same time, the movie producers benefit from the increased exposure the books give to the movies. The studios are willing to hand over extra content to the book publishers, from behind-the-scenes footage to interviews with the actors because they ultimately see the fruit of the books’ success.

One important question to ask is whether enhanced ebooks should continue to be created by publishers and not by movie producers. If the most profitable ebooks are dependent on movie-like material, shouldn’t movie makers spearhead their production? Tie-ins that include movie clips, stills, and actor interviews might belong in the domain of the film producers, who could easily hire someone to write an accompanying narrative.

Inconsistent Technology

There is still hope for the enhanced ebook, especially in the realm of educational books, but device makers first have to put their technical capabilities in order. Ebook devices are still inconsistent in their capacities, and some enhancements are limited to specific ebook apps and devices. Amazon’s Kindle Fire, Barnes and Noble’s Nook, and Apple’s iPad all have different levels of support for audio, video, and animation. Therefore, publishers cannot create one enhanced product and expect to sell it across digital platforms.

This weakness acts as a deterrent to producing more and better enhanced ebooks. Decreased accessibility is frustrating to both publishers and readers. Once the industry improves the functionality of enhanced ebooks, they are likely to find their true audience.

Film Industry Proves Profitable for Filmmakers, Property Owners and Caterers in New Orleans

Since the state instituted tax incentives for filmmakers in 2002, the influx of movie business has proven fruitful for everyone from aspiring actors to caterers in New Orleans.

New Orleans locals have enjoyed a few surprise treats recently, including rubbing shoulders with the likes of Channing Tatum and Nicholas Cage while hanging out it various restaurants and dives around the city. But they are not the only ones who have reaped the benefits of the influx of film industry activity in Louisiana.

In 2002, the city introduced new tax incentives aimed at filmmakers to encourage them to relocate much of their production to Louisiana. Since then, hundreds of films have been shot in the state. The incentives proved fruitful for the state's economy, making it it one of the few states in the nation to maintain a steady at times growing economy despite the downward spiral being faced by the rest of the country.

Attracting the film industry has proven beneficial in obvious ways, such as keeping film students in state rather than having them jet to Los Angeles right after graduation. But such a profitable trade has helped out the local economy in more ways than that. Everyone from homeowners to port-o-potty distributors to caterers in New Orleans have seen an influx of dollar signs since the new era of film making began in the state.

Filmmakers send location scouts around an area in search of the perfect filming locations. The producers then propose a reasonable offer to the owner of the home, business or facility they would like to use. Notable sites would include uptown's Half Moon bar in 2005's "The Skeleton Key," a former Metairie Bennigan's in 2005's "Waiting" and Lafreniere Park in the recent 2012 film, "21 Jump Street." Homeowners from the Garden District to the westbank have been propositioned and paid to rent out their homes to be used for filming.

Of course, a film crew needs more than just a location. For cast and crew who work long hours with few real breaks, catering is provided to keep them satisfied scene after scene. Earlier this year, British director SamMendes negotiated with producer for the new set of 007 films, so many fanslooking forward to the injection of fresh blood. Allegedly, if all goes well,the film shooting will start on June this year and release in 2011.Atthat time, MGM have already faced a fund crisis, but there is still confidence thatthe progress of 007 films will not be affected.

But in late April of this year, 007 series producerMichael Wilson and Barbara Bullock announced they have suspended the new 007film project.The biggest reason is that "taking into account theprospect of MGM and the unknown financial problem exist in reality," alsothey stated that "it is uncertain when they will restart the program"and made it clear that MGM is determined to "kill" the 007 seriesmovies.
