story:

Jenna (Shraddha Das) is a famous pop artist who won the title of best pop star for two consecutive years. On the other hand, Amrutha (Saiyami Kher) who is also a future pop star joins a music academy in Jamaica. There, she meets a lively guy named Rock (Sai Dharam Tej) and convinces him to take part in the competition for the world title to be held in America.She has a personal motive behind taking part in this competition and uses Rock as a springboard. What is his personal reasons? Will Rock help him win the title? Which forms the rest of the story.

Plus points:

electrifying performance of Sai Dharam Tej is the major asset of this film. The young actor has presented considerable energy levels through the film and has worked very hard on his dancing and acrobatics.Shraddha Das did a decent job in his negative role. It is quite glamorous and provides the necessary eye candy. senior players Tanikella Bharani, Rajesh and Hema did complete justice to their roles.The opening scene of Sai, with a bicycle kick hunting is executed well enough. Some scenes confrontation between Sai Shraddha and were presented well. Climax is the heart and soul of the film. Negative points:

weak narration is the major setback for this film. The film lacks interesting elements and fails to thrill the audience. game screen is also not up to the mark and after the first 30 minutes, the film slows down with unnecessary scenes. Second half of the film could have also been dealt with in a better way.Despite many actors, this film does not have the punch of comedy. The chemistry between the lead pair is missing and Saiyami Kher's character is a big disadvantage for the film.Some songs misguided and unnecessary dialogues test the patience of the audience. Film length is long enough and it would have been easy garni.

Technical aspects :

Image Gunasekharan is top quality as the Caribbean islands were presented beautifully. Editing could have been better than the film's length is too long. Chakri's music is lively and has a good effect on the film. Director Y.V.S Chowdary opted for innovative design but was not able to tell it in an interesting way.

verdict:

With Rey, Sai Dharam proves that he has the talent to go a long way. An interesting backdrop, climax and Sai dances are the basic advantages of this film. On the other hand, behind in the narrative and excessive length spoil the flow of the film, which is intended only to youth.
