She does live an extraordinary life. She is Eva Pern, who was a bastard and born on May 7, 1919, in Los Toldos, Province of Buenos Aires in Argentina. Her father abandoned her mother and the five illegal children when she was only one years old, leaving them in desperate and severe penury. Life was hard for them. Her mother had to work long hours sewing to support the family and she encouraged Eva to stand on herself and be someone she wants to be.

Eva wanted to be an actress when she was young and her dream comes true when she was a teenager. She moved to Buenos Aires and became a radio actress and admired by Argentineans for her beauty and elegancy.

On October 22, 1945, Eva married Colonel Juan Pern, who became president of Argentina in 1946. Juan became the winner of the election partly because people admired his wife, Eva. In the next six years, Eva companied his husband to participate many social activities and became powerful within the pro-Peronist trade unions. As a grass-root first lady, she know situation of poor people well. She paid attention to the low-class in the society, spoke on behalf of labor and female rights. She funded and ran the charitable Eva Pern Foundation

Unfortunately, she died on July 26, 1952 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The whole nation was grief-stricken. She has been regarded as the rose of Argentina and exerts great influence on the political life of Argentina.
